Received a call from unknown number (02) 9188 1611, when I called I got a computerized robotic male voice saying "You don't have enough credit" Long beep and call drops

I received a call and when i picked up ot went straight to music then an asian indian male voice sounded like a prank calll. They hung up so I called back and i got the robotic male voice telling me I don't have enough credit to make the call.

I called back number (02) 9188 1611 it says the number I have dialed is not in service anymore.
