This number is used for scams, they disguise their purpose depending on who they are calling. If your number is not private then it can easily be obtained from the net, your details typically will also be available. They may target you by guessing your background based on your name, sometimes your accent, remember it is highly possible that your voice is being recorded if you engage in a conversation you may get asked questions that can later be digitally manipulated to create a sentence as if though you have said it....and the list goes on.


The caller can have more than one accent they try & use to hook you, could be a man or woman. Typically the accents have been from the sub-continent but not limited to.

Just tell em to get lost or hangup without even saying anything.

Caller: Online Tuition Academy

Claimed to be from Online Tuition Academy, based in Pakistan. Offering tuition, claims to have been in business for nine years. Very strong Pakistan accent, so obviously not likely to be much use with English language tuition. General principle: if they don't have an office in the country they claim (via their phone number) to be from, don't deal with them -- that's the case no matter their actual origin.

Dodgy education training SCAM, they really need to take their own classes in english, because their english language skills are horrendous
