I called back the number (02) 9159 9383 but the phone just kept ringing

They hung up as soon as I answered. Called back and was automatically put on hold but not told what company I had called so I have blocked the numbers

I answered the call & they instantly hung up.

They called me and left no voicemail. I usually block any number that does this but decided to double check the caller so I called them back. They are not a business because they didn't announce it in their greeting. the caller sounded like they were overseas even though this is an 02 area code. So I hung up and blocked them.
