Caller: NAB financial planning

Offering a free financial planning service at any NAB branch. Not sure if this is a hoax or not but sent a complaint letter to NAB about it.

asking me if I need a financial advisor service

did not leave a message. Looks sus.

This person called me, told me it's calling from NAB and asked me my surname and date of birth. Why am I giving my DOB to a stranger who called me and said he's calling from NAB yet I have no idea who this person is?? If he is really calling from NAB, NAB should stop cold calling its customers like this.
