That's really sad to hear because I was a Smith Family sponsor child and I have so many positive memories from having a sponsor so I now in turn sponsor a child.

I received a missed call from this number and they left no voicemail then I called back this number on the 10th of may 2021 and asked what is this about and she seemed very nervous and could not tell me who or why they called she said they will call me back she was an Aussie girl but seemed very nervous when I asked what the phone call was about and she said they will call me back very unprofessional if it is the smith family I’m so done with them anyway it’s not worth being put through absolute hell from them this company should be put under an investigation as they only ruined family’s lives not help them they are absolute a**holes

I returned a call from (02) 9138 0287 but reached vm for The Smith Family
