A telemarketer calling on behalf of Dementia Australia

Several calls , mostly missed, when I called back there was a mumbled recorded message. Once I answered, there was extended silence, then quickly repeated "hello hello hello etc" and a couple of male voices silly giggling.

Caller: Telemarking

(02) 9137 7376 this number has been calling all day today, they have interrupted my sleep this morning and kept calling and calling! I found out here that they are telemarking.... they just refuse to STOP
NO ONE who are NOT in my contacts list will NEVER be answered. I only answer to people who are in my contacts and whose ph. number come up with a name when they call.

They have called for many months using different numbers. I don’t answer numbers I don’t know, but they are jolly persistent once you have donated to another organisation. Makes me hesitant to donate online as the chances of being pestered down the track is probably 90%+++ 😢

As soon as I answered, they hung up.
