Caller: Rick mumbled the name of the company, and got abusive after i asked to speak to the manager ( he told me his kid died 6 weeks ago and i though this inappropriate as it was the second sentence into the call)
After stating I know legally here in aus I can request this, i stated i would hang up. Did this.
He rang back and went nuts. Stating he had my details etc. I asked him to tell them too me, which he couldn't do. I hung up and blocked. No call since.

I called back the number (02) 9136 1663 and reached vm but couldn't hear the company name
