This was a recorded message (received on a business number) and a male voice stated to find out more go to their website "Milton Campbell" or call 1300 555 191. Didn't state what it was about. Not interested either!

Hung up as soon as I answered, this has been happening repeatedly for a couple of weeks and I'm getting tired of it

Caller: Numerous people with heavy foreign accents

Have had several calls from this organisation. Some woman with an incomprehensible accent called, mispronounced my name and said something about a “matter”.
Due to past experience relating to identity theft I refuse to give ANY personal information to an unsolicited caller.
Suspect they’re debt collectors of some kind - like all parasitic vultures of their ilk they buy outstanding or bad debts at a fraction of their value and then harass the debtor mercilessly.

I called back number (02) 9135 3724 reached IVR for Milton Graham (Dun & Bradstreet).

seemingly a scam it keeps saying it is a call and trys to keep you on the phone line for several minutes saying "i have a call for you please wait why we connect you" now next in line etc., all just BS and no doubt a scam charging for the call.
