They have called multiple times asking for our practice manager, won't say where they are from but say that she had requested for them to call her. They won't leave a message, and say that they will call back again.

Jayden called our reception line.

Insisting to be put through to our director, Jayden then proceeded to dispute our company security policy not to put calls through (claimed to have spoken to our director before on this number [lie] and also claimed that our director had requested that he call him back [lie] specifically on this number [lie]) directly.
Even after the entire rude exchange, re-iterated to Jayden that I can pass his details along for the call to be returned - he wouldn't give me a return phone number...insisting that our director would know who he was to call back.

= no chance.

said he was asked to call our CEO . i questioned this and he replied our CEO requested in May to be called back in December. Doubt this very much just lies and lies and more lies. i am the CEO's PA and this guy just won't give me any information . I am taking notes everytime these OBC people ring if it's not Jayden it has been Patrick, Alicia. ( Alicia is very rude and bitchy at least Jayden is polite and friendly)

Really sick of these people calling. Claims to have an appointment with a staff member who is no longer in the role. Consistently lying. I have told them no. And no. And NO. This is harassment now. Would never, ever deal with Optus after this level of lying and badgering. Buzz off.
