Dodo calling after I decided not to go ahead and use their service. After the call I got an email saying within 8 hours someone would call me.

I have no open support cases with them and I made it very clear I'm not proceeding with them.

Guess that two out of five star review is becoming a one star.

This is definitely a spam and random call

My 90yo father has been a long term client of Dodo. After his "ancient" $5 month to month plan was no longer available he was moved onto a $10 per month plan, then he stopped getting his bills emailed to him. In March scammers had spoofed his number and Dodo was informed. Waited 18 mins on hold to speak to tech support who hung up after a minute without speaking. Theyve tried our landline twice didnt answer didnt leave a message and left maybe a message on his mobile now? He is mostly deaf so voicemail messages are pointless. Dodo are NOW the biggest scammers to be worried about let alone anyone overseas, AVOID them, they are evil.

It is not a scam. It is 100% Dodo.

I had an active support ticket for Dodo; my call from this number was Dodo calling me to action/resolve my ticket. This was a valid call.

It was Dodo calling me to resolve a technical issue I reported through the MyDodo portal.

It’s definitely DoDo, I requested a call to supply electricity and they called from this number. After signing up, I called their number listed on their Website directly to make sure it was legitimate and it was. They are very pushy at selling stuff, that’s about it

Which they use to communicate with customers for things like Plan changes status; current mobile data % usage; logon temporary code for secondary security (same as Apple & Banks) etc

Missed call from this number, from reading previous comments I assume it is Dodo as I just signed up with them. No message was left. Not a scam call.

I'm not with Dodo and never have been - so it's cold calling marketing.
If they are using the same number for tech enquiries as they are for cold calling then they aren't very bright as they are going to get blocked.

They also use (02) 9133 5980. I answered the call but said nothing and he hung up on me after two seconds.

I need to answer this number..it is dodo technical support..its being blocked n I can't unblock it..Geez...
