Caller: (02) 9133 5400 This is definitely Dodo and not a 'scam.' You might find them a nuisance or they might be trying to sell you something, but it's 100% legitimately Dodo.
This number just called me on my mobile. When I didn't pick up, a minute later it called me on my home phone number. When I picked up, it was Dodo and they were responding to an internet issue I emailed them about a few days earlier.
I say they are legitimate because they had both my numbers, knew my full name, and were calling about an email I sent to Dodo.

Repeated missed calls, including in the evening. Answered it once and got a pause then hang up. Nuisance call. I’m on the do not call list.

Can I ask - are these all Dodo customers? If it is a scam - how were our details leaked?

Caller: "Apparently" DODO People please don't pick these calls, this is one of the biggest SCAMS going around. I urge people to call DODO directly and report this number as a scam number and question how they have your details, including intercepting and having access to emails and personal details. They will harass and try to manipulate you into getting card details or changing pushing you to use your online account. There call centre's are actually located overseas and are not regulated, as multiple "business" are operating from the same building, which are unfortunately, a bigger network of scammers. Good luck, I block them and somehow they just register another Sydney number to try get to you.

I don't care if they are Dodo the ISP, that doesn't make it a legit call; I'm not now nor have I ever been a client of theirs. This is the definition of a SPAM call, it's a business call from a company I've never had dealings with or interest in such.
If this means that Dodo are spammers, then so be it, if the shoe fits... they need to be driven out of business because frankly this is illegal activity from an Australian based company according to ACMA.

They're scammers - they call Dodo customers and immediately ask them to answer security questions and won't answer why they are calling. I didn't get any further than their initial request to answer security questions because no legitimate company would call you and ask those questions without any explanation of why. They also refused to simply email me to confirm.

Caller: DODO internet It was from DODO internet resolving an issue with my billing. The only thing that scares me is that they ask for personal information such as DOB and home address. If you are not comfortable with giving out these information, you can call DODO directly.

Caller: Dodo Dodo calling after I decided not to go ahead and use their service. After the call I got an email saying within 8 hours someone would call me.
I have no open support cases with them and I made it very clear I'm not proceeding with them.
Guess that two out of five star review is becoming a one star.

Caller: Dodo? My 90yo father has been a long term client of Dodo. After his "ancient" $5 month to month plan was no longer available he was moved onto a $10 per month plan, then he stopped getting his bills emailed to him. In March scammers had spoofed his number and Dodo was informed. Waited 18 mins on hold to speak to tech support who hung up after a minute without speaking. Theyve tried our landline twice didnt answer didnt leave a message and left maybe a message on his mobile now? He is mostly deaf so voicemail messages are pointless. Dodo are NOW the biggest scammers to be worried about let alone anyone overseas, AVOID them, they are evil.
