keep calling, leave static voicemails (i.e. no message, just silence). When i block the number, another one starting with 9133 then pops up

Caller: Probably Scammer This number and a couple of others very similar, ring me and hang up. This one today actually left 8 seconds of static voicemail. I called back and what-do-you-know - number is disconnected!
