pretty sure its services NSW didnt call back but got a legitimate email from Services NSW Business Concierge agent a few minutes after call

See website:https://mybusiness.service.nsw.gov.au/ Lines open from 8am till 5pm Mon to Fri. You can request a call between 5-6pm. Do work VERY rarely on Saturdays. Outbound calls only. very helpful

Caller: Services NSW When I returned the call, a lady from Services NSW said she has had a lot of returned calls today just like mine. I gave her my personal details, ABN and Business Name and there wasn't anything on file that they would be calling me about
My thought is a scammer is using that number some how and when you call it back it goes direct to Services NSW. - not sure, but a weird case
