    They are calling to check on people in self isolation, asking if you’re ok, have symptoms, other people in the house etc. They are nice and doing the job of Service NSW on behalf on NSW Health

    Perfectly English speaking female possibly Caucasian, sounded genuine, seeking information concerning self isolation related to cruise ships docked last week. I rang the number back no answer or busy tune. Checked reverse number no record of business or owner of the number. Concluded it was a scam fishing for information for possible future contact.

    I picked up and realised it tried to connect me to another call. So I hung up. 2nd time that they have called. So I will block this number reading previous comments.

    Called 2 times in one day but only about Rings 4 rings, by the time I pick up the phone it Hangs up. No message left. I searched the number. Seems others have had the same calls. I have just come back from overseas so could be legit.

    I believe the calls to a mobile were from Service NSW re social isolation because we'd already had a call on our landline enquiring as to our mental health in isolation - in response to which I clarified that we not required to self-isolate coming off a domestic flight. We had signed (on the airport floor) a declaration form in error on 22 March. The contrary instructions help us to understand why the Ruby Princess debacle occurred since but left us both very uncertain on our journey home and now fearful that we'll be prosecuted for doing what Border Force instructed us at Immigration.

    Called me first, picked up after 2 seconds, and it was disconnected. Next she called my wife.

    From NSW Health / Dept of Health, checking people who are isolated for 14 days.

    Called twice same day, mistakenly answered both, first time said hello twice with no answer, second time connected but it was dialing out. Probably scam. Will not answer again.

    Upon answering the call, there was static and no voice. I did not speak. I hung up after a few seconds. I should have ignored it.

    NSW Health is not going to ask "have you been screened yet?" They should already know. This looks like an attempt to extract private information from you.

    Same, called me I couldn't answer, I assumed it was covid related as I'm in Qtine. Tried calling twice call failed...It didn't add up. Could be scam.. Probably is, these scums are capitalising on fear and COVID. Just like private health insurers.

    Received a call to mobile while we were all in bed asleep. Scrambled message from Services NSW on behalf of Health NSW wanting to speak with my 12 year old son. No message left, no way of calling back if you miss the call - idiots. Sent husband and I into complete panic. Called back Covid19 Hotline & Services NSW and still have no exact details on what they were calling about. Health believe it may be related the Health Checks for coming off ships. Both hotlines provided wonderful service but no surety or detail. Now waiting to get a knock on the door from the police or some such.
