Yet again... refuses to leave a number.  
 

Disgruntled former customer

I made the mistake of buying wine here once (it was OK, but we have since moved to a wine region and it's more fun to buy direct). Since then, I have had repeat calls, approximately once a week for about 12 months. It's not always this number. They make it very hard to get off the phone, just don't answer if you recognise the number. They never leave messages.I have just emailed them to tell them to stop, let's see if it works. oh they love to harass.

Josh refuses to leave a number even though I explained the gentleman he is after is very hard to contact, he's in and out a lot, it is always better to leave a number and have him contact you.  He insists he will call back later. Thanks Josh for being a complete waste of my time.  Thanks for losing us money with PROPER CUSTOMERS because I am just sitting here waiting for YOU to call me. That is really going to make your company look good.  Thank you for showing me the Australian Wine Club is not worth joining unless you want to be harassed.  You will not receive so nice a greeting next time you ring.

Peter from the Australian Wine club. I explained YET AGAIN.  If the guy wants to buy wine he will call you. He said he would remove from the list of call backs.  I thanked him and we will see if this will actually happen. They are only giving themselves a bad name by harassing.  The two numbers I got this time are 1300 734 924, (02) 9112 1791

Seems to be attached to (02) 9112 1756 as wellAustralia Wine Club.  I would love to join this wine club, but the moment you take a break from buying their product they hound you and hound you.   They are doing this to a bloke at work.  So, they are already losing customers due to their "demand calling".  I'm not signing up for harassment.
