Called back and number go a is not in service message

called, I answered, silence on the other end, when I said hello, they hung up.

Answered the number, they hung up as soon as I asked “who’s calling”

Hung up, no voicemail. Called back and "out of service".

Keeps calling, leaves no message when told I will only call back if there is a message saying who it is.

Called my wife and she answered and the lady on the other end was looking for me. My wife terminated the call and rang me to ring the number. I rang the number and it say ‘the number you called is not in service’. It is a spammer number.
