called our home number about 20 times this evening. Michael Yemen said he was from windows and needed to vairify the ID of our computer. Was very persistant and even rang back to ask why I hung up the phone on him after I told him I didn't trust him and told him it was a scam, and not to phone again.

Yes same as above told them not giving any info out was very rude

They're scammers that are claiming security problems with your computer. They are trying ti get into your computer to gain details like your bank details and passwords to important websites so they can commit ID fraud.

Same story but name given was Alex from Security Dept at Windows - correct address too! They answer when you call back but Microsoft tell me they don't direct call so its a scam number
