Spam caller - missed a call and immediately called back and no answer. Why doesn't Telstra disconnect spam phone lines?

This number is for SMSF Advisory Services, who are a self managed super fund broker. It's their marketing.

Call Centre for some company - spoke so fast about the business name couldn't understand it - guess part of the scam - time waster

They always hang up when I answer.
Maybe robot confirming active phone numbers for return sales calls.

I answered the call and they hung up. I called back from my mobile and it rang out.
