Caller: Coles Financial Services

I checked it out with Coles Financial Services I have an account with them They are trying to sell me a new service. I told them I was not interested and to stop calling me about it. Has done no good. Keep getting called. No way to treat a customer.

Don’t call me as from today I won’t answer and I will be emailing coles about these calls I’ve had about 7 of them and they don’t talk

This phone number has called my mobile four(4) times answered last one out of curiosity. Said it was in relation to Coles Mastercard, could barely understand what was being said but the gist was to access cash to be paid to bank account from credit card. This does not sound right way to do business of this nature, so promptly told him not interested and hung up.

Could hardly understand the caller. Sounded Philipino call centre. Said it was Coles and had a lot of my details. Suggest if Coles want to call card holders they use callers with clearer speech.
