Caller: HSBC Bank had a call from a rep of hsbc bank from a number listed on their “contact us” website (9005 8192), about an application i started with them that i’m supposed to finalise. told me to call back to this number. except the only problem is that i don’t actually bank with hsbc. possible spoofed number and scam, do not call back.

Caller: HSBC bank I didn’t pick up and they left the following msg: “Hi this is _____ from HSBC bank. I’m calling in regards to a balance transfer offer that you are eligible for. If this is something you’re interested in proceeding with, please give me a call back.” Sounds like a scam.
