Rang to inform me that I am currently receiving 20% of my electricity bill (true) and that if I continue to pay my bills on time I will continue to receive this discount. I can't be sure of the company they said they were from, but they asked me to confirm my address so my electricity meter could be differentiated from others in our post code. I asked them to read me out the address they have, they read out an old one that I have never had an electricity bill account in my name before (was living with family). I was immediately suspicious and said I would rather they didn't call me during work hours... won't be accepting that call again.

100% scam

I did not answer this call but I can see from the other comments they say they are from Simple Choice. I have spoken to these people before on another number and blocked them. I will be blocking this number too.

I got a message that I had a missed call from this number, but there was no missed call on my phone. I blocked this number previously so how do I still get missed call messages? Very dodgy

This is a scam caller hoping for people gullible enough to give personal details all the way up to credit card verification and WILL clean out your account if they get it.
ACCC has been alerted by multiple parties. I have NO idea why this hasn't been shut down.

A very dodgy number! If you call this number back from a land line all you get is a busy tone, but you get a normal dial tone if you call it from a mobile phone. Very fishy!!!

Simple Choice- telemarketer. Rang me 4 times in a space of 1 hour. When i finally answered I asked them why they could not have left me a message so i could call back the lady on the other end was talking over me to try and give me the spiel she had and totally ignored me. So so rude. I then asked me the question again and when she then proceeded to talk over me i hung up the phone after telling her to never call again. Ver unprofessional and extremely rude.
