Complaints this year
I actually emailed them for a return call which did not eventuate at the specified time(s).. got a txt msg asking me to call back but, in the meantime, have forged ahead with plan B and, as a result have been receiving numerous calls on a daily basis. Due to their obviously large call centre and the use of predictive diallers, the chances of getting them to stop calling are minimal.
This number called me there was nobody there and the call lasted for 9 seconds then hung up.
I called them, they explained I had made an enquiry with Debt Relief (division of Fox symes) turns out my partner made the enquiry in my name. I must admit i was quite rude to them. Thye did stop calling.
What smart a**'s do that dont like you, is go onto free and give away websites.FoxSymes is one of a million that use the original Marketing Websites.So,.. your enemy signs you up to many,(ticks the boxes) and gives your phone number, and your name, you end up with10000 telemarketers calls to you.I am glad there are sites like this one to help us all.1.When you get a call you dont know dont answer it.2.Then put it in the memory of your phonebook in your phone.3.Itentify it on a website like this4.Simple solution is know who is calling you, once intentified say this",F..K OFF and do not call this number again."WORKS EVERY TIMENOTE: you can say what ever you want on your phone service, but dont call theirs and tell them to F..K OFF you will find it breaches the Telecommunications Act.I hope this helps. The Equaliser
