Keeps calling ~ harassment

Called back. Still the SES raffle, but how do we know who it is really, when 99% of these calls are scammers

many here say unwanted caller, they have called me many times, anytime of day.

Call asking your moneyyyyyy

I don't answer and they don't leave a message
They call everyday ~ harassment

I have blocked 🚫 the number but they can still call.. my phone doesn't ring now but it shows in my call log that they have rang and I receive one of those missed call text messages
It's really annoying
