Possibly fair dinkum message from a revenue department of NSW Health Pathology West (who?) but it LOOKS like a scam and a call to the number takes a long time to connect and is answered by a bloke from the Indian subcontinent - every time. I'll wait for the paperwork, thanks...

Genuine call, from NSW Health. If you have not signed a form giving consent with your provider then it goes to NSW Health. They know but don't seem to care the texts are similar to a scam

Received twice. I think a scam as most of them mention a revenue department and most of the time I have received a bill in the mail in the past from the pathology group. Never a txt.
