I called back number (02) 8862 8800 reached a very long IVR option for QBE insurance

Calling in regards to policy as I am a customer. Call is not spam

Received a call from this number which diverted to my unattended message bank no message left and I have no policies with QBE as other people have sated this is one of their numbers. I won't be returning the call.

Called back and told that "the number you called is not connected"?? This was probably a follow up to a saga trying to communicate with QBE insurance through their phone system. Even their on-line complaints section is hopeless.
