Caller: Woman from St George Bank Bankstown

I called St George Bank today, after 2 missed calls from them, regarding a ATO Cheque that was deposited to my account, through the Bankstown Branch ATM. The woman told me that a discrepancy existed, with my name on the cheque and the name on my account.
Never had any problems in the past, but was taken back by the aggressive and argumentative nature of her conversation, and when asked me a question, overspoke me when I tried to answer. She even wanted to argue about the number of missed calls that were made to me. She was going to pass me on to her manager, and then said I would get a call on Manday, when I asked why I can't speak to her now and try to resolve this problem, she then said it was the end of business and was then no longer interested in fixing the error.
And seemed happy that the discrepancy still exists.
The last missed call came through at 4:24, and I returned the call just on 05:00.
I do not want this woman to call me again, regarding this or any other issues.
