Just what do we have to do to stop these spam phone calls? I pay a fee to get a phone & internet service for my own use. NOT for other parties to keep annoying me at all hours trying to sell me somethingLets be honest here. He doesn't do much else
Maybe the communication minister should start earning his money and actually do something to stop this invasion of our privacy!?

this is an ISP, had been thinking of changing to them, but changed my mind & went with someone else. They use lots of different numbers mainly Melbourne & Sydney. I e-mailed them as welll as ringing reminding them I was now with someone else, but they must be thick or drunk, as 2 weeks after I cancelled, (No account had been set up), I'm still receiving 3 0r 4 calls daily, to no avail, they must be a scam set up1101

I called back number (02) 8583 4217 rang once then goes to busy tone,.

Problem pest caller, on the DC register but wont quit. Fine should be $50000 first offence, rising by $1M each offence thereafter. Scum needs bringing to justice!!!!

this number calls me up to a dozen times a day, my phone goes haywire every time and i have to restart, i have had so many different numbers blockers, it gets through every time, have registered for the do not call register,still calling, how the hell do i stop this number calling ?

This is what they do to us. Keep calling and never speak to us. Either hang up before we answere or hang up as soon as we answer. Knowing how some call centres work, an operator may be trying to get their stats up...

I called back number (02) 8583 4217 reached voice mail, It just says this is to confirm you have called by Iprimus

(02) 8583 4217 - iPrimus Telemarketers....I contacted the iPrimus customer service number (1300 85 44 85). After explaining many times that I was not/never had been a customer of Primus/iPrimus, I was transferred to a manager. (02) 8583 4217 is the outbound sales call number, and they appear to be ignoring the do not call register. I told this manager we have all our phones on the do not call register and that if we get one more call, an official complaint will be registered.

Never leaves a message on the answering service, if this is a legit business, then they have very poor business practices.
