They only rand for a few seconds. Surely They have competent phone operators. Why do they do this. Perhaps they get paid by someone to do telemarketer g and claim the respondent did not pick up. But difficult when they only ring for 2-3 seconds.

hi Deahl, I found exactly same thing with Aus Seniors Ins Agency and will never go with them again. We have 3 cars and house contents, it pays to shop around as different vehicles with different companies charge so many varied prices. Youi best price for 2002 VW, Youi & Suncorp best prices for 1996 Tarago, Youi & NRMA best prices for 2011 Nissan Murano. However for home contents Suncorp was far the best for same coverages as other above companies, lowest premium with higher value and lower excess. Youi and Suncorp will also give you discount vouchers to use at other places thru-out Australia. Make sure you select you have other policies with them especially if your car rego has Suncorp as the compulsory 3rd party. Also get discounts if you are a senior. It all adds up. Youi last year for 9 months gave us 15c litre of every Caltex petrol purchase

Recently, when my car insurance was due for renewal, as a pensioner I decided to support the Australian Seniors Insurance Agency and re-insure it with the person who answered very helpful and pleasant to interact with.
Now my house insurance is also coming up for renewal, so I contacted them this morning to try and insure it through them but the female who answered was most unhelpful and quite unpleasant to deal with, so am now reconsidering who to insure it with - is it worth pursuing the Australian Seniors Insurance Agency, keep my old insurer or find someone else who will insure my house and isn't so rude
