I called back number (02) 8375 3886 rang once then goes to busy tone.

Asked for someone who wasn't me. Said they were calling about my account - I asked , "What about my account?". They asked for my birthdate - I said, you called me! Why do I need to verify my birth date -- the Filipino guy said, or You can call us back and we can tell you the purpose of the call.

What's this scam about? Trying to get identification details for some identity fraud?

Caller: I got no clue

I pick up and nobody on other end. I call back and it rings once then nothing. It’s a scam or annoying marketing place

I answer and they don't talk. Scam sh*t!
