i hung up I continuously get phone calls 4 to 5+ times a day everyday apparently it is illegal for them to ring you more that 3 times a week some days I can get 12 calls within minutes from the same number. sometimes when I do feel like answering the phone they hang up. i am now taking a list of numbers when I answer the call i ask them for the full names and where they are from I write it down and when they ask why I tell them I have been on the phone to the ombudsman and they want times and whom i spoke to then they end up hanging up on me I am taking there names and numbers but have not been in touch with the ombudsman as yet but thinking about it I have a book with 150 pages full of dates,times and some names if they give it to me or they mumble there names so you don't get them
