Caller: Support supposedly from Bitdefender, but it was not. Be careful that you click on correct website. Thought I was messaging Bitdefender. The messager (Alex) said he was getting the technical support team to call, and they did. Gave them computer access to solve problem. Then cam the sting. I needed their hi-technicians to go through my computer and it would cost starting at 1 Yr 199.99 etc, etc. The penny finally dropped that I was not on the right people. When I said I couldn't afford and would have to think about it, aggression set in with threats of blocking my computer and warned that virus (which was connected to an IP address) would go through my mobile phone etc. More threats. So WARNING do not call or message (02) 8317 3392. Its a scam to get money out of people.
