I am getting calls virtually everyday from this number! Initially I never answered the call as I didn't recognise the number and I thought that if it was an important call then they would leave a message. They never did.

I now believe this to be one of those SCAM (robo)calls that want you to call them back so that they can charge you premium rates (like for 1900 numbers) by the minute while they keep you on hold.

Fortunately I use the Truecaller App and have now blocked this number so it gets routed straight to the SPAM box and I never hear the call come in!
