Caller: Scam (most likely)

Called about online trading, asking if I know about it. When I said I wasn't interested, kept pestering me about "how can I be interested if I don't know about it". To which I said I was on the "do not call" list anyway, before I hung up. The guy called me back and started being rude at me, so I hung up on him again.

They rang me at 10.10pm 2 nights in a row. Didn't answer either call. Surely there's a time restriction when they can call and not ring so late at night!

Why don’t they police the law about these scammers

I have been receiving 'non-contact' call from this and other (02) numbers over the last few days - on the occasions I have answered the caller has hung up - I am ignoring (02) calls now.
