They phone you and telling, that they are Telstra-Technicians and they have discovered
a problem with your gateway. You should download the "Team-Viewer" and then they scan your computer. That is criminal. If you phone back this number they answer as "Telstra".
They should be prosecuted.

I had a call from this number. They said that I had a problem with my router and were trying to get my to scan it. I went through a few steps with them until my battery on my phone died. Should I be worried. I went into my administration events before they dropped out. I told them I had my suspicions and they gave me their ID and and name Jennifer PEL4631 and phone number (02) 8310 5453. I am worried that they now have access to my information. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do...or if the process stopped just in time.
