Stated they were from Samsung Australia, but I do not have my mobile on any products I have brought that have a warranty with Samsung.

Who knows callers that call you and do not leave voicemail are scumbags and most likely scammers

I never gave out my email address. I recommended them to just send out the details from the info that I have registered with them and the follow up email appears legit. (@samsung.com)
It is a horrible time that we are so sceptical of unsolicited calls these days.

Voicemail left saying something about Samsung and going to a website but couldn't understand any of the other words, or make out what the website was, even after listening several times.

Caller: Samsung Customer Loyalty (allegedly)

Allegedly Samsung Customer Loyalty advising your eligible for a discount on your next purchase and to contact them if interested. They're persistent. I've had 4 calls in as many days with two of the calls leaving a similar voicemail.

Apparent Samsung Loyalty program - left a voicemail, and asked me to call back or email them.

Genuine Samsung call. All he wanted to know was how my new Z Fold6 was going and if I had any questions. Didn't ask for any personal details.

Five years later and they are still cold-calling members of the public. So much for privacy law,s stalking laws, harrassment etc
These callers have access to our private and personal details and you wonder why countless people are scammed.
Bad news bad.

Rubbish! Why would someone in Samsung repairs call to offer the recipient of the call "a good deal"

First thought it was a scam/spam call when they asked for phone number and email to confirm my identity, but was actually a call to follow up on a Samsung product I recently order (the product will be arriving late so they are going to give me $50 as compensation?). Did not ask for my bank details - said they will transfer it via the payment method I used.

My phone told me it was Samsung Electronics Australia but undoubtedly a sales pitch. Didn't leave a message - want to talk to me? Leave a message guys - I only answer calls I know and will get back to messages in my time - not yours!
