I called back number (02) 8287 6400 reached IVR for a company called BizCover.

asking if I want to see pictures of bobs and vegene

Seems Legit. I did fill out an online form for a quote. This is them calling back about it.

Despite hanging up on these people, they continue to try and call me. I have now blocked their number. Concerning that they got my number from a form I started but never completed.

They are calling back in response to an online enquiry.
Please note: If you even partially complete their form (I only got half way through) they still ring. It must hold the partial entries before you submit it.
The communication is poor. I have been rung 3 times in 3 days. The initial contact was great - and he sent through information and was to follow up next week.
The next 2 calls were other people in the same company following up assuming I had not received the initial call. I am now starting to feel as though they are spam callers and darned annoying. What may have been a sale is not a grumble at them instead.
I consented to being contacted once for information (sort of as I hadn't yet finished and submitted the form) but I did not consent to multiple calls daily. As I write this I have missed another two!
