I had the same problem. When I tried calling back I get this reply: "Thank you for calling, this service is not operational at the moment"...
I had this phone calls for the last month without ID only the last few days it shows the ID number of:

Been getting 1 missed call everyday from this number for the last week or so with no message left,curious i googled
the number & glad i did,my number is meant to b unlisted its annoying that places like that can still call to try to sell u something

Have received multiple calls for past month, sometimes more than once per day.

Upon answering, I get hung up on.

Took a prior poster's advice and called ANZ on 13 16 14 and asked for my number to be removed. The girl who took the call didn't seem at all surprised by my request so I guess they receive a lot of complaints.

She was fantastic, took my number and advised me she would have it removed from the outbound calling list.

This was today (20 Aug). Will post back here should calls continue to be received.

I believe it's ANZ life insurance. Called 13 16 14, as per comment above, you need to reach the sales team, ask to be removed from their call this. That's what they did for me. We'll see if I still keep getting the calls...

This number rings everyday! Soooooo annoying!

Rang ANZ Complaints Dept. & they removed me from their advertising phone list.

ANZ banking a**holes trying to sell life insurance

I've just started getting these too. Blocked the number in my phone but unfortunately they can still leave a message plus it comes up as a missed call. I'll complain to the telecommunications ombudsman and send a link to this page as evidence. In the meantime, my advice is block the number in your phone but also save it as a contact so that when it comes up as missed call in future, you know you can ignore it.

Interesting to see this page. I get the same drongo ringing me every day, goes through to my message bank and proceeds to ask for me by name to my message bank. Bloody idiots. Anyone worked out who the hell they are ??

I keep getting calls nearly daily from this number on my Aus mobile which I don't use as I live overseas. They never leave a message - so frustrating!

Been getting calls. When I answer the phone there's silent. When I ring back it says the number has been discontinued. Going to try blocking the number.
