◾We do not door knock anywhere.

There is, they've been around for years.

It is high time that charities' exemption from the "Do NOT Call" register was revoked. But that would require some courage by politicians - a rare commodity.

I called back number (02) 8277 6520 reached voice mail of company called kinds cancer project and they are calling regarding a fundraising.

(02) 8277 6520 - called and reached IVR on behalf of Kids Cancer Project doing fundraising.

(02) 8277 6520 - called and got voicemail for Kids Cancer Project. Its a Fundraising program for kids with cancer.

I have put a message on my home phone saying we no longer answer this phone due to an overwhelming amount of sales, charity and survey calls and no message can be left for me - but this number continues to call my phone up to 8 times a day, omg, I've had enough of it

They call any number of times a day, supposedly for a charity or selling Art Union tickets

For me it is an invasion of privacy you answer the phone and nothing then and suddenly your number becomes a ping pong ball to all sorts of crap numbers calling therefore who ever (carrier/company) allows these SCUM Reverse Australia to continue should fined for every call reported or better yet wiped out.

The number belongs to the "Kids Cancer Project." I just dialed the number and it had a pre-recorded message about their cause. I'm sure they used to be the Kids Cancer Foundation, and have been around for many years, as my elderly mother doanates to them once a year.

they call and ask for my husband. if you donate to these charities even once then the calls will continue, are collecting money for a charity probably caner I don't so seldom get phone calls of this nature. my hubby weakens every so often so the calls continue.

the people calling from this number are scamming, there is no such thing as the kids cancer foundation... block their calls

Every night they call, and I answer, they hang up, reason is that they are a foundation that would like a donation and I specifically explained to them that we have donated to one charity a year and to leave us alone but they are insistent they want to speak to my wife. My wife has donated many times over the years to them and other foundations and with all the unwanted phone calls and mail we receive it has gotten out of hand. The calls have been persisting for months. They will NOT take no for an answer, ungratefully charity collectors who are only there to make a commission for themselves.
There should be a way to block numbers!
