confirmation call regarding an NBN connection i have booked in.

Received a missed call from this unknown number, no message left. When checking on Reverse Australia discovered it was Hills Connections who is a sub-contractor NBN connections for Telstra. I had a pending NBN connection. I called the number and was on hold for 5:31 and when connected a recording stated that Hills were not able to take my call. A bit of a time wasting episode.
