These 2 numbers are constantly contacting myself and never leave details about who they are i would like to repot them but dont know who they are i am fed up with them disturbing me 24 hrs 7 days a week they have no respect of personal space i hope that they get caught and stop bothering myself and everyone else that has complained

(02) 8019 9700 and (02) 8198 3800. Called me twice on Saturday around mid day. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I never pick up unknown numbers.

Received a call from (02) 8198 3800. Person claimed to be from Westpac Bank selling 'Westpac Wealth Life insurance' and wanted my personal details.
Double checked with Westpac, there isn't a product with this exact name.

Call type: probably a scammer.

we have been getting them a few times a day. (02) 8198 3800 & (02) 8019 9700. I get my 5yr old to answer. He loves to chat but they arent on long enough for him to have a proper convo.

These guys call me at least once a day, on this number and a second one too, just to hang up on me! so i will be calling their office on (02) 8268 3600 at random times during the day now too, see how they like a taste of their own harassment!

I too have been getting calls from this number. When I return the call it says it is Optus. The best way to deal with it is to add yourself to the Do Not Call register.

Come on people this is beyond a joke, dozens of missed calls a day, noone there if people pick up, unsolicited calls, this is illegal and miss use of a phone.Ring the ICT group directly, have a go at the person that answers(dont swear) but be very intense and to the point, they harress us we can do the same... what are they going to call the police????Better still call them direct and make a threat against them either a legal threat or one of violence!  It may not be the person answering the phones fault were getting these calls BUT they do work for them and are meant to do there job of answering our calls, and that would include feedback from such calls to Directors/Supervisors, so no there not really doing a job for us they work for ICT, the more angry calls they get the sooner they quit.If we all make violent and/or legal threats against them WE WILL WIN this pathetic call centers existence.  Dont be scarred to get violent or threaten to kill or blow them up, they have driven us insane to this point? Well i have, and if they say they will call the police, tell them go for it, because with all those threats it will take the Medias attention once the police are called, none of us will be charged as THEY are the instigators, we are defending our rights to privacy, non-harassing behavior and to proper use of a telephone. Id like to see them try to sue/charge us all when it is they that break the law.   BOTTOM LINE.

I got two missed calls today from (02) 8198 3800.I tried calling the number back and the call just hangs in limbo.I do not hear the phone ringing at the other end as it doesn't seem to connect to another phone line on the other end.I have given up on this number now.

Finally someone spoke to me after I answered a call from (02) 8918 3800, it was Commonwealth Bank and a right little upstart he was too!  I asked to me removed from the list, he just kept banging on and asking if I was a customer of Commonwealth Bank which I informed him I wasn't.  So hopefully he got the message.

I've been getting calls from this number for at least 2 weeks. How can I make it stop?!?!?!

i keep getting calls from these people too.  it's a bit bloody hard to tell them to take me off the list when they only let it ring once or twice and then when you try to call back it doesn't even ring out!?!?!?!?!? i haven't signed up for anything with any bank or insurance company all year, and the calls only just started this week.  EXPLAIN THAT.

guys you are all calling these people pathetic and even comments as harsh as hope will kill themselves i myself typed in the number after speaking to lovely lady about insurance we all have to understand that they are doing a job and at the end of the day this policy or insurance product maybe beneficial one day to your family but i guess know one knows until one of your family members or your self suffers a horrific accident then thats when everyone wishes if only i took that call from those people rep westpac,
but for all you Einstein's out there IF THEY ARE IN A CALL CENTRE THEN THERE IS A 2 SECOND DELAY ON THE OTHER END UNTILL THEY CAN ACTUALLY RESPOND, so perhaps you hang up on those guys all the time have your thought about that? and common you idiots they do not call you all 7 times a day DURING the night Or after the hours of 8pm and you ALL COME AND COMMENT HOW PATHETIC THESE PEOPLE ARE BUT HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT YOU ALL DO FOR SPARE TIME UMM YES THATS RIGHT ON THE INTERNET DISSING others jobs and no they are not idiots these people specialize in insurances do you know all the fine prints and how to make a claim envolves NO THATS RIGHT YOU ARE ALL probley cleaners data entry people admin clerks etc any body that has a brain is able to fax and read emails...........

get a life these people are working hard for there money and not everyone can sell you may all think there idiots etc but how bout you all try and get out there and sell or market for your company!
