I keep getting called from (02) 8198 1100 as well, but when I have called back there is a message that says that Optus regrets this number is disconnected. It is pissing me off as they are calling up to 3 times a day.

I got a missed call from this number too. Didn't leave a message. It hangs up before MSG BOX kicks in.
I've saved it as SCAM! DON'T PICK UP!

I got a call today a few minutes ago, felt it strange to get a call from an unknown number, because my number is private and only new, so only friends and a few businesses have it. The phone only rand about 3 times, to quick before  I could get to it or the answering machine could answer.After reading this I won't try calling back, or answering in future, prob some telemarketing computer checking which numbers are active, and also what times of day people answer so their reps know when to call and catch someone at home.

its really pissing me off, every time this number calls and wen i answer they hang up straight away ,its really annoying me
