I don't even drive but they called on the landline yesterday and on my mobile today about a car accident I allegedly had. I've blocked them but seriously, these scammers need to be stopped. Lies and harassment.

Said I had a car accident in the past 2 years.....what a load of rubbish. I told them they were mongrels preying on people and stop trying to scam innocent people. This sort of rubbish needs to be stopped

keep calling my home and land line!!

Fraud scam - wanted to help with insurance claim. Made fraudulent statements about events that never happened. - Should be reported to authorities.

He Asked if this was Mr.... *** I said yes and he hung up

Called several times this week, when I returned the call, recieved a generic answering machine number.

On answering this individuals call, he stated he was from "Accident Claims Managament" but would not tell me which organisation he was a part of. Further stated I was in an accident and he needed information from me to initiate a compensation claim.

DO NOT entertain these people, it appears to be an obvious phishing scam, designed to steal your info.

Unsolicited call about make a CTP claim.

Called 5 times a day for 3 weeks never answered.

Searched the number and found all the complaints.

Next time they called I answered with "Australian Federal Police" and haven't heard from them in a couple of weeks

just added to my block list, said I had an accident two years ago.

Called and asked if I'd had any motor vehicle accidents in the last 2 years, I said no. Then they asked if anyone in my family had been in a motor vehicle accident in the past 2 years, I said no. That was it, they said "okay have a good day thank you bye" and ended the call.

Asked if he was speaking to....my name...i said yes and he hung up!!

Claimed to be Accident Claims Management Sydney although I wouldn't trust it or necessarily blame that company.

Calling about a recent car accident I was in, which was true in my case. Apparently got my number from their Survey department.

They tried to get details about my accident, asking if it was within certain time periods to narrow it down. I acknowledged none of it and they asked if I'd made any claims or received any injuries and I acknowledged none of it.

Careful with these groups because often they get just as much by gathering your data and confirming details to use in other scams or cold calls.

They knew my name, although mispronounced it. It was about a car accident within the last 2 years. I kept asking who they were as I couldn’t quite catch it - she had an accent. She eventually hung up on me... I blocked the number

Calling every two to three days. Did not answer as it is an 02 number calling after hours. Recently, they started calling during business hours as well. Very annoying. Caller never leaves a message. Have blocked
