They told me they are Contact Network Services but can't find anything about them. I received 2 calls both of which I answered and they hung up with out a word so I called it to complain. The " manager who I asked to speak to didnt act like a manager either as he had to get his answers from another source

Received a call. Looked up CMS Insurance from comments left here. This is from their website: "Scam alert - Cold Call scam
CMS Insurance Services is aware of a number of telephone scams targeting people across Australia asking them for their insurance, personal and credit card details.
Fraudsters claiming to be from ‘CMS Insurance’ are contacting people by phone, saying they can offer them a better deal on their insurance. They then request details about the person and what they are currently paying for insurance. They then guarantee to beat that price – subject to immediate payment by credit card.
CMS Insurance advise that we do NOT Cold Call or Telemarket under any circumstances and that any one purporting to represent us is fraudulent.
Should you be contacted by these people please hung up and do not give them any personal or credit card information.
CMS Insurance Services advise that the issue has been reported to the Australian Federal Police and to the ACCC’s scamwatch.
If you have received a telephone call of this type and have given out your personal details, please contact your local bank and police immediately.
CMS Insurance Services are distressed by this situation and empathise with anyone inconvenienced." Hope that helps.

All of the above. They are harassing me several times a day and also using several different numbers. Most of them are Insurance calls.

material to suggest that they are investigators contracted from either a bank, police or an insurance company, and using digital feed back from the call to establish the location of who they are stalking and all this likely in a non-legal manner and as harassment that get assumes to be just market research. Calls to me have gone back to a marketing from with a central system and that way the individual caller never gets identified

Annoying foreigners, who called me once where I asked to not be contacted again. Another call, stating that I am 'lying' because no one had rang my number. I asked never to be contacted again and hung up. The nerve! Do yourself a favour and abuse them when they ring. It's much more fun than simply hanging up.
