Caller: Someone pretending to be from hipages

Trying to get credit card details to renew a cancelled hipages account

Indian guy called Sam - elaborate scam saying he is from Hi Pages - when I said to cancel my account he worked really hard to get my credit card details. He rang me over a series of days to do follow ups etc. On the latest call I told him I had rung Hi Pages and they didn't seem to have a record of our conversation, asked him for his employee id and he hung up.
These buggers are exhausting!

Pretended to be from hipages.
Asked if I still use the service, said they would cancel my account and give a refund. I just had to give them a credit card to supply refund. When I said they already have that, they kept phishing.
Total scammers.

Some dude called me saying he’s from Hipages had my all details nearly got scammed
I called back the no he has answered the call.strange I have contacted the hipages today asked them to contact me. Thought it’s legit call. But when I asked him tell me my email he doesn’t know,Careful that’s the no (02) 8091 2007.
