I wish I had never spoken to this company, I don't want anymore services from them and I cant shake them off. They keep calling and saying I verbally agreed to numerous deliveries when i know i didn't. They would do better business if they acted honestly.

They won't tell you a name. They just bill you. Apparently I purchased 8 x ink cartridges. Never heard of Enviroscence before now. We are a small business, 3 family members. We never ordered, never received product but have numerous phone calls a day threatening us if we do not pay almost $500.00. Scammers Direct!!!! BEWARE OF THIS DODGY COMPANY. I have reported them to consumer affairs as well.

To address all the negative reviews on this forum:

Firstly, we NEVER send goods which have not been confirmed by the customer. We save a record of this authorisation for every single order and we can send the order confirmation to each customer to view/hear if they request it.

Secondly, we only ever sell to the authorised personnel in a company. We ask the customer if they are authorised to place orders on behalf of their company at the first point of sale, and they we ask them to confirm they are still authorised on each subsequent order confirmation. We have found that if a customer is outside of their returns period as outlined in our terms and conditions, they may try to deny they were authorised to place the order in the first place in a bid to null their agreement with us. This is why we ensure that we confirm this information before despatch.

Thirdly, our terms and conditions are clearly laid out for the customer, and are sent AHEAD of the goods. They are aligned with the guidelines set forth by the ACCC and Fair Trading. It is costly for us to accept returns for change of mind, and so we exercise our right to refuse returns outside of the consumers rights. We are a small Australian business, and we have rights too. Please do not try to take advantage, and then further attempt to damage our business by defaming us.

Fourthly, the prices are set out very clearly for the customer, in the recorded confirmation of sale. The unit prices never change, however we ensure we confirm them with the customer on each subsequent order. I can't even this is an issue to complain about to be honest. If you like the price when you order it, you can hardly complain about it after the fact, please be reasonable!

Lastly, we are very transparent with marketing our product. These are not OEM supplies, they are compatible. Our sales people are clear with our branding, and our confirmations all state they are compatible product suited to your machines. Further, it is stated on our website, and on each invoice. We NEVER let a customer think they are genuine OEM products.

Had nothing but trouble from Envirosense Consumables since agreeing to an order of printer cartridges. I've been trying to cancel unwanted 'orders' from this company for years but they call back every few months claiming my next order has just arrived from the factory and that I need to agree so they can send it out. They won't supply product unless you confirm the order but they are extremely pushy and don't hear responses like 'no thanks'. They also don't tell you what the shipment will cost as they 'don't have the invoice in front of them'. Avoid these scammers the first time they call.

Will try to sell you 'the best' printer cartridges, that are so ridiculously over priced. They are incapable of sticking the the terms set out in their own agreements. 100% SCAM.

Disgusting, intimidating sales tactics.
Extra-ordinarily unprofessional.
They constantly harass me and sent over $500 worth of non-genuine computer inks.
That was after the first batch they sent which I'm still using - once again I was promised genuine Canon inks and they've sent me after/grey market equivalents.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANISATION

You're telling people here they can return the cartridges. I was told I can't and the first lot was returned to sender which was me. You also call from a private number.
And now expect me to pay over 500 for cartridges. I have instructed staff if this package is returned not to accept it.

I have received an invoice for supply of additional printer cartridges that I have not ordered. I had paid the initial invoice for the first delivery, but now they are trying to charge me for an additional 2 cartridges each of the 4 colours. Beware, this company is trying to provide unsolicited product and sending huge invoices for it.
Also, they have found out about my new address without me advising them of the change. How do they access this information?? Who is giving them feedback?? Can anyone provide feedback on this?

I was just phoned by someone from this number. They wanted to speak to someone who orders our cleaning consumables. I advised that it was not necessary as we are a very small company. He advised that he wasn't trying to sell me anything and that it was in relation to a survey we completed. He asked if there was a better time to call to which I replied that there wasnt. He then said "what the f*ck" and hung up. He then called me 9 times and hung up each time I answered the phone. Your Management should find out who this person is and get him off your phones immediately. If you need more information please reply.

Elderly lady approached by phone canvasser, clearly with mental health issues and convinced to order 99 after already paying them $3000. They are unscrupulous, manipulative and their conduct is unconscionable.

Received a call again from this company. I am STILL using the last cartridge that I bought over 2 years ago & apparently I agreed to receive another 3...??? I definitely didn't.. The last time I purchased more than 1 cartridge for my printer, the printer broke & was not worth repairing (now I'm stuck with 3 cartridges with no printer!!). I definitely didn't want to sign up to an ongoing supply of cartridges considering we are a small business & don't do much printing.. Now I'm apparently up to receive another 3 cartridges!! I told them to cancel the order & same story as everyone else - they will check to see if we can get out of it.. I will just hang up every time I hear from them from now on.. ENVIROSENSE: LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMERS.. WE DON'T WANT ANYMORE CARTRIDGES!!
PS. how can you say they're discounted?? They are not even genuine cartridges (my printer is a HP & the cartridge is definitely NOT HP!!!

Do yourself a favour & just search for the cartridge you need & buy it from who you choose!! These people are very pushy & do not listen to their customers.. Don't know how they're still in business.. Come to think of it, I've been receiving quite a few calls form printer companies of late......

I have been extremely disappointed with this company. Their sales people were extremely pushy and I made the mistake of a bulk purchase. Even though I was told they would exchange cartridges if I needed to, the rate of exchange was less than 2:1 ie. the equivalent of paying $69/cartridge plus postage!!! I have been totally ripped off.

I am beyond amazed to come across this business name again after 1-2 years and the same problem is still occurring with your first time consumers. If you really claim to be a legit company would you not do everything you could to keep your customers and not think it’s time to maybe re-evaluate the way you sell your product? It seems like the time of your staff would be more consumed by chasing up payments and explaining the company’s terms and conditions.

It’s obvious that majority of your customers are being bullied and harassed by your staff until they give in and pay for their first invoices is what this business is all about. It takes a real type of person to be proud to work for a company like this. Or a big fat paycheck!

To call this company DODGY is an absolute understatement.

Company is a fraudulent company that sell toners and chemical products. Ran by a family that don’t know how to run a business. Company was named many companies before such as jantax industries and now runs under biosense chemsense and envirosense. They have a dodgy system where the fraud customers to accept a subscription to cheap knock off products and consistently ship them in out without consent. They target elderly people in regional areas as they can easy manipulate these people. Even during COVID 19. The Government is monitoring this business due to over 155 complaints to fair trading and consumer affairs. Won’t be surprised if a current affair rock up any time soon. The perfect story.

These are very push people who have continued to harrass us in future orders, despite their inks being inferior and their pushy sales people insisting we must restock. After multiple calls from them including 'Amanda' at accounts, they are now resorting to threats that they will send out ink regardless and it threatening that it would be 'costly' for us not to pay the invoice.

Stay away from these people, they are unethical, forceful and dont care about anything other than sending you constantly repeated and unneeded orders.

I have been purchasing these for the last 3 years, I feel like I have been duped. After reading these reviews I replied to an email and cancelled the order that they wanted me to confirm. They keep calling telling you they have given you a cheap price and you agreed to this and you have to take the cartridges. After the last email I did not get a call so I suspect yes they are SCAMMERS!

Hang up when they call, that's all you need to do. You're under no obligation to continue buying them.
