Posted on March 28, 2019 Caller type: Scam call Location: Australia
Caller: automated voice (02) 8086 0282 called with automated voice saying they are from Telstra and my internet connection will be terminated. I was asked to press 1 or 2 to select options then passed to another a**hole, but then recorded voice said 'goodbye' and hung up. Obviously a scam. Also got same message from different number (02) 8844 3839 so they have multiple fake numbers. It is simply not possible that your internet connection can be terminated. 100% scam bullsh*t.
