They have called me 5 times during work and never left a message. I've had to set my ringer to low. I'm really not happy.

Called a couple of times - If Virgin has something to say, speak up or stop. I have voicemail as well as a email address, please stop calling for no reason!

This drives me nuts. They actually call abt 5 customers at once. If another customer answers their phone first the call centre will hang up on you, and call back another day. I *will* let virgin know if I'm not happy with my service, they don't need to interrupt my work, uni and private life to find out. The only time I'm actually disappointed with their service is when they bloody call me.

i've had 3 calls in the last 3 days. I have returned the calls and it is the virgin sales team. my mobile is with virgin but I have been with them for more than 5 years and have never received these calls before.

I have received 20 missed calls from this number over the past 2 months. It stopped for a few weeks and has started again last week- i have a total of 6 missed calls on my phone log since last week. It is very annoying, and feels like im being harrassed. Repeatedly. They never leave a message. One time I answered but didn't speak first and they just hung up. I have been a virgin customer for around 4 years and have been overall happy with them as a provider until recently. I will be changing providers if this continues.

They just called me!! if its a prank call they know way too much about the virgin products!! if not, i spoke to a very polite and courteous lady

Called Two days in a row, Only rings twice then stops! Annoying! I am also with Virgin but not for much longer if this continues!

Called today answered and they hung up but after reading this why does it not surprise? I have had 8 great years with Virgin and my contract ends in 1 month, the service has gone and drops in out more times than I care to think about! I think I will be charging my provider...

Kept calling me so I downloaded an app for my phone that blocks them and it worked. If I wanted to talk to you Virgin, I would call, or more likely go into a store since I hate talking to people on the phone in general!

try putting the number on the blacklist!!

I'm sick of these calls I'm at work up a ladder climb down and it either stops or they hang up as I answer.........I think I'll track them down and call them repeatedly see if they like it... WANKERS!!!!

Yeah- thanks for this thread, guys! I've been getting calls from this number 2-3 times every week, and was a bit worried that it was an important call that I was missing.

They call every day, I've put a block on my phone so that at least it doesn't ring anymore, just leaves an unanswered icon on my phone which at least I can ignore.

So glad I googled this number. It all makes sense now. my phone says (02) 8082 9776 has called my 6 days ago, 5 days ago, 2 days ago, yesterday, and 8 hours ago.

They keep ringing nearly everyday for a week now and don't leave messages so I refuse to answer!
