I called back number (02) 8069 1048 spoke to a guy who said company name is Insurance Comparison.

I didn't answer the call, they don't let it ring for very long before they give up.
Didn't even get as far as opening this page before they gave up.

Got a call from (02) 8069 1048 twice now - They hang up as soon as I answer the call. Triedreturni g the call but does not connect! What are these guys playing at!?

I missed the call and it went to voicemail, they didn't leave a message.
If it's what the previous commenters say it is, I have called Shannons, Budget direct (Nosy buggers ask too many questions and came back with a quote that was DOUBLE what every other insurance company quoted me.
