Man called me by a name that wasn't mine, then wouldn't listen that I wasn't that person, became quite insistent that I should know he was offering to help me claim benefits for any recent car accidents, could I remember anything worth claiming? Told him off for being a fake con-artist.

I called back number (02) 8058 4775 rang once then goes to busy tone.

Received a call from this no, took a couple of hello's before the line clicked in, and then a heavily accented male voice asked if this was Mrs Donna (I'm not married and Donna is my first name). Then when I agreed the man told me he was from some accident company and did I remember having a car accident. I said no and he asked again about an accident that caused some damage and again I said no. Then he asked if someone else at and he stated my home address, may remember. I said there was no one else and he said ok and terminated the call. This sounded like one of those scams where they try to make you think you have had an accident to obtain money from you.
