this number [02] 80311372 also [02]80311317 have been ringing me 3 or 4 times a day, answered a couple of times they just hang up, have caller id, so I don't answer!!! very annoying

I looked up the number on the Internet. Reverse charge Australia? Please watch your phone account billing... I work in Finance. So many scams out there.

So sick and tired of this number calling me. Said they were from the SES..but telemarketer.. dont know if legit just annoyed..Obvs the Do Not Call register doesnt work 😕

The SES called. When checking they were legit. (02) 8031 1372 is the call centre number.
To check ask if they send emails.

They just hang up when I was picking up the phone.

That's because the calling is outsourced; there have also been face to face interactions with people who represent the SES but are not themselves apart of it in shopping centres. Both the face to face fundraising & the telefundraising are outsourced.

We are on DO NOT CAL but these parasites just never give up, they NEVER speak so what is their motive? We now just trip the ring & hang up. Absolute dregs of society!!!!

I don't know if they have access top silent numbers, but it's irrelevant anyway. The autodialling system starts at xxxx 0001 and keeps going. They don't give a toss who you are, just whether you answer the call. If you do the system records the number it dialled, hangs up, and goes to the next sequential no,. Then later a real person will call to sell, beg, or whatever they wish to do.
